Policies
We provide a custom link with custom pricing to send to your guests, who book individually. We handle all communication around modifications, cancellations, checkin and on-site support. We take a refundable deposit for rooms which is returned once rooms have either been rented or returned back to publicly available inventory 60 days prior to your wedding date.

Rehearsal Dinners & Welcome Receptions
From intimate dinners to receptions for 125, Madbush Falls has the right space and menu for you. Choose between the restaurant, Outpost Lounge, outdoor tents & fire pit, and Monroe Skyline suite.
Menus vary seasonally and feature fresh, local ingredients. All quotes are priced per person. We offer passed appetizers, buffet, family style, and plated service options.

Brunches
Chef Philip Brock's brunch works for groups up to 125. Hosted brunches typically run for 2 hours in the morning and then roll into Bluegrass Brunch from 12-2:30 with local bluegrass legends, the Prickly Mountain Playboys.

Welcome BBQ
Our sunny, spacious lawn has a large pond, fire pit, and 40x40 tent perfect for rain-or-shine gatherings of up to 75. Space rental can include 10 Creekside Tents that can accommodate up to 20 people.
Menus vary seasonally and feature fresh, local ingredients. All quotes are priced per person. Outside, we offer buffet service often featuring a grill station.
After Parties
After parties at Madbush Falls can accommodate groups of up to 100 starting at 9PM. Bar can be hosted or cash and a limited menu is available.
