At Madbush Falls, Vermont’s new bike & ski basecamp in the incredible Mad River Valley, we are growing our team and we're interested in hiring you! Our welcoming restaurant and bar is full every night, loved by locals and tourists alike. In 8 short months, our 24 room lodge, restaurant/bar bike & ski shop have received over 5 dozen 5-star reviews and acclaim from the Seven Days, Wall St Journal, Vogue Magazine, and more. Tip averages have been fantastic!

We are looking for servers who love Vermont outdoors and Vermont culture.  If you’re a lover of hospitality and people in general and eager to share your excitement on Vermont food, beer and cocktails, this could be your dream job.

Our restaurant has over 100 seats between indoor/outdoor and dining on 2 levels, along with built-in business from a 25-room hotel, a dozen glamping tents, a bike/ski shop operated by the Outdoor Gear Exchange, and a couple of riverside saunas run by Savu Saunas. Tip averages have been very high and our team has been loyal and consistent, but we're sufficiently popular that we need more help!

If you’re the right fit for this server job, you already know what it entails. You will have more interaction with some guests than anybody else in their entire stay. Their memories of Madbush Falls and even Vermont in general will be formed by you!
