Get ready for a thrilling 75–90-minute ride that showcases the best of the Valley's trails. Start from the southwest corner of the Madbush Falls parking lot, where the singletrack begins. Cross Route 100 to reach Butternut Hill Road, which leads to the start of ButterUp, the Mad River Riders' newest climb trail ButterUp! takes you through a steady ascent onto the classic GS, which finishes the climb to Dana Hill Road. Turn right on Dana Hill, then left onto Enchanted Forest, and continue until you reach the top of Evolution.
Evolution offers a fast, flowy descent with plenty of corners to keep you on your toes. Once you reach the clearing, follow the Cyclone Connector back to Dana Hill and climb to Busternut—the starting point for your final descent.
End your adventure with Goodnight Irene, a recent addition and the highlight of the route. This spectacular descent delivers some of the best riding in the area and brings you back to Butternut Hill Road. From there, it’s just a short, easy pedal back to the parking lot.
