ADA Ledges King Room
One of the most unique rooms at Madbush Falls, with hardwood floors, king bed, desk, and a glowing orb of a chandelier. The bathroom has a playful confetti tile with a bath/shower combo that has grab bars and a seat. Note that this room is very close to the restaurant, providing easy access but also more background noise during meal periods.

Our cozy cabins offer a perfect retreat with a queen bed, gear closet, desk with a stool, and a welcoming covered deck. The bathroom is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring luxurious radiant floor heating that keeps your feet warm while you unwind. You'll also find a refreshing shower, a single-sink vanity, and bath products by Ursa Major, enhancing your experience of relaxation and rejuvenation.
Folsom King Rooms
Many of our Folsom King rooms are accessible and feature polished concrete floors, beautiful tiled bathrooms, covered porches, large custom-built desks, and lots of space (over 350SF each). Interconnecting doors between different Folsom Brook rooms makes it easy to accommodate groups ranging from individuals up to a party of 11.
Note: Many of our Folsom King rooms are accessible, with plenty of space and roll in showers. Since accessibility features vary between rooms, reach out when booking and we'll help find the best option for your needs.
Accessible Restaurant
Whether you're staying with us or just stopping in for a meal, you can access the restaurant without using the stairs. The accessible parking is located just next to the ramp that will bring you onto the deck and right to the front door.
Additionally, the Outpost Lounge is a great place for hosting larger groups if accessibility is a concern. It's located on ground level with easy access in and out of vehicles.
aMTB
One of the best parts of staying at Madbush Falls is having so much outdoor recreation close by. We're in a great spot for adaptive riders, with several accessible and adaptive-friendly riding opportunities nearby. Blueberry Lake and the Driving Range are both adaptive-bike friendly and offer great ways to get out and explore Vermont mountain biking. With more trails being designed and updated with accessibility in mind, there are more opportunities than ever for adaptive riders visiting Vermont.
Over the past few years, Vermont has put accessible riding at the forefront of its trail-building plans. New networks have been built, including the Driving Range and Tunnel Ridge, while older networks have been updated to better accommodate adaptive riders.
Recently, one of the most anticipated projects in the state, the Velomont, received well-deserved national attention. Once complete, the project aims to connect more than 450 miles of new and existing singletrack, linking 27 Vermont communities. Learn more about the project here or read the article here.

Mt Ellen has been home to Vermont Adaptive since 1991. Their adaptive ski program gives people of all abilities the opportunity to experience the mountain, with trained instructors and specialized equipment to help make skiing accessible and fun. Whether you're an experienced adaptive skier or trying it for the first time, Mount Ellen is a great place to get out on the snow and enjoy winter in Vermont.
